Poor overall experience. One window installed with weights the wrong way round, causing damage during remedial work. Latches stiff, finish poor, paint chipped, and a blocked bathroom drain. Promised 65% sound reduction didn’t materialise. Multiple revisits, no goodwill gesture, and we’re left with substandard windows despite a high price. Disappointing and stressful. Would not recommend without written guarantees.

The windows are beautiful and look really great installed. The entire process from measuring/ordering/fitting was incredibly smooth and the fitter was a total craftsmen leaving a very professional finish as well as meticulously cleaning and tidying up after. I was very impressed, the new windows look great. I went for PVC sash on a bay window. They look beautiful from the street and the inside trim being wood, really elevates it.

Really easy process from start to finish. Our installer Zac was great and did a wonderful job with the installation, windows are of high quality. We had a nightmare experience with Wandsworth for our other windows, complete opposite with SJB

Excellent company, very reliable. I have used them on several occasions over the years. On this occasion I had a door and 2 sash windows installed. From the first visit they explained everything clearly and gave me an idea of how long it would take for the door and windows to arrive and be installed. I know I can rely on the company to come when they say they will and to inform me in advance if any date needs to change. Minimum stress! Everyone who came for the survey/measurements/installation was very pleasant, efficient and polite.

SJB replaced most of the windows in our home. The admin and decision-making process was smooth, communications clear, pricing transparent with no surprises, and the installation project was on time. The team of installers were very impressive; keeping mess to a minimum and doing their best to allow us to carry on in the house. Most importantly, the windows look terrific. SJB are a very impressive outfit.

Fantastic service from SJB and the team from start to finish. Big thanks to Paul, Glen, Kevin and the Milani brothers for their help to achieve an incredibly smooth process. The Milani brothers did such a great job fitting the windows. They were super efficient and tidy and the finish is incredible. Both the timber and uPVC windows look stunning and high end. Would definitely recommend SJB for anyone looking for new windows!
