  As a Project manager, I chose Erhan's company for our latest project in the UK. He has extensive knowledge of regulations, architectural drawings, and UK architecture for both commercial and residential projects.   Architecture Design

  We engaged with Erhan to undertake some architectural drawings for us so we could understand our long term vision for the work being conducted on our house. He worked closely with us to understand our requirements and communicated well throughout the experience and presented us with a highly detailed design which we were very happy with. He unfortunately had a personal matter to resolve during and better comms on this would have been appreciated but ultimately we have retained his services to undertake the work to fulfil the vision for our house.

  Plans for driveway and garden landscaping

  Where we live we have very limited permitted development rights (conservation area). What stood out about Erhan was his keenness to actually visit my property to assess and understand the issues and his pragmatic can-do approach. He was fantastic in dealing with our local authority and clear at communicating any changes they required. It took over a year to be granted planning permission (4 revised submissions!!), under no fault of Erhan and his team, and he diligently completed this project until we were eventually granted planning permission. Will hire again.
