Where we live we have very limited permitted development rights (conservation area). What stood out about Erhan was his keenness to actually visit my property to assess and understand the issues and his pragmatic can-do approach. He was fantastic in dealing with our local authority and clear at communicating any changes they required. It took over a year to be granted planning permission (4 revised submissions!!), under no fault of Erhan and his team, and he diligently completed this project until we were eventually granted planning permission. Will hire again.

Erhan was quick and efficient. He prepared a full application including drawings of the garden which was presented to the Council which granted permission within the time period without having to go through any other procedures.
