All work completed satisfactorily. Thank you. I do however feel that £195.00 is an excessive charge for what amounted to a maximum of 30 minutes work.

Great, thorough service repairing my electric gates. Video’s sent to me & phone call explaining what had been carried out as I was unavailable at time of visit. Very pleasant back of house staff.

Our electric gates were not working. Contacted the company on the recommendation of the original installer. From start to finish, the service was perfect. Lucy arranged an appointment quickly and efficiently; Connor arrived on time as booked and was polite, knowledgeable and had the necessary parts on his van to fix the gates quickly. Delighted with the service this company have provided- highly recommended and I will use them from now on.

From the start the communication was professional and knowledgeable. Had a quote received in good order and fully explained was willing to work with me through the process to get to the correct end product. The quality of the work was to the highest standard and the people tending to it on site was very friendly and professional. Great experience throughout.

I would definitely recommend Site Security Services Ltd, from the initial contact they understood what I was looking for and were quick to provide a quote that I found to be reasonable. Once approved I didn’t have to wait ages for the work to be done, they turned up as arranged to complete what was a very challenging scope of works and just got on with it. I’m very happy with the results, the attention to detail is very good, they were clean, tidy & helpful. I would certainly use them again if the need arose.
