Our electric gates were not working. Contacted the company on the recommendation of the original installer. From start to finish, the service was perfect. Lucy arranged an appointment quickly and efficiently; Connor arrived on time as booked and was polite, knowledgeable and had the necessary parts on his van to fix the gates quickly. Delighted with the service this company have provided- highly recommended and I will use them from now on.

From the start the communication was professional and knowledgeable. Had a quote received in good order and fully explained was willing to work with me through the process to get to the correct end product. The quality of the work was to the highest standard and the people tending to it on site was very friendly and professional. Great experience throughout.

I would definitely recommend Site Security Services Ltd, from the initial contact they understood what I was looking for and were quick to provide a quote that I found to be reasonable. Once approved I didn’t have to wait ages for the work to be done, they turned up as arranged to complete what was a very challenging scope of works and just got on with it. I’m very happy with the results, the attention to detail is very good, they were clean, tidy & helpful. I would certainly use them again if the need arose.

I had a broken arm on the slave FAAC gate opening/closing unit. 2 local companies, who did not come to my home, said that I would need a new (slave) unit and arm, complete, but wanted a call-out fee (1 of £174 and 1 of £152) before they would even quote for the work; and wouldn't even refund part of the call-out fee that, supposedly, also covered an hour of labour. Sharp practice, I believe. However, Site Services were willing to attempt a repair, again, without trying to extort extra money. The work was done several weeks ago and are working fine. Brilliant. I had an urgent issue with our electric gate on a Sunday. Kristian at Site Services Security was incredibly helpful over the phone, guiding me through a manual close and arranging an engineer visit straight after the bank holiday. Lewis, the engineer, arrived promptly at 7:30am and kept me informed ahead of time. He carried out a thorough inspection and resolved not only the gate fault but also related structural issues. His explanations were clear, and his advice on long-term solutions was invaluable. Lewis was professional, polite, and patient throughout. I’m very grateful for his help.
