  Andrew and George came up with a scheme to keep our garage instead of demolishing it due to our neighbour’s tree roots causing it to subside. They have done previous work on our property and we were really pleased with the work done then and how they listened and understood our requirements. All of their team are great tradesmen and are lovely guys and always tidy up at the end of the day. A great company who do a good job, highly recommend!

  Worked with S&J on a major project to transform our house, including internal reorganisation of our main living space, new kitchen, new bathrooms, rear doors, and upgrading of plumbing, electrics etc. We chose S&J based on a competitive quote, a great reference, and their strong and reliable communication, and with the work now all completed we feel we made the right choice. S&J are highly qualified, reliable, trustworthy, good problem solvers, fair and reasonable. We have already recommended them to friends for their major project, and would recommend and use them again, without hesitation.

  We have worked with Sinclair and Jones on a few projects. We have found them to be friendly yet professional with their approach. They have a great team who work well and are happy to discuss any concerns and answer any questions. The projects were completed in the time scale advised and the site was left clean and tidy.   Good quality work was done, there was good communication, and all contractors were polite and helpful. The company were also very understanding about us delaying parts of work due to family bereavement and went above and beyond to work around these difficulties with us.

  Extensions & Alterations on Semi-Detached Victorian Home

  S&J completed an extension and significant alterations and improvements to our Victorian semi-detached property. They came recommended and delivered a build and finish that exceeded our expectations. We had a long list of improvements and alterations and S&J were patient and attentive, providing advice when necessary, to ensure we achieved a finish that was in line with our budget and expectations. Our project was a two phase project, with the second phase not starting for a few years however they prepared all the necessary ground work, electrical and plumbing work to ensure that phase 2 c
