Good quality work was done, there was good communication, and all contractors were polite and helpful. The company were also very understanding about us delaying parts of work due to family bereavement and went above and beyond to work around these difficulties with us.

S&J completed an extension and significant alterations and improvements to our Victorian semi-detached property. They came recommended and delivered a build and finish that exceeded our expectations. We had a long list of improvements and alterations and S&J were patient and attentive, providing advice when necessary, to ensure we achieved a finish that was in line with our budget and expectations. Our project was a two phase project, with the second phase not starting for a few years however they prepared all the necessary ground work, electrical and plumbing work to ensure that phase 2 c

We’ve used Sinclair & Jones three times, for a garage conversion, replacement driveway and work in our hallway and landing and they’ve been brilliant every time. Professional, tidy, work of a very high standard and value for money. Highly recommended.

Approachable and professional. George and Andrew are great to work with and their team does an excellent job. Quality workmanship and flexible to work around our living arrangements, as well as making our vision within budget. They have a great group of sub contractors for electrics, gas, plumbing outside of their in house very efficient build team. Highly recommend!

Being new to the area we had no contacts to advise on builders when we were planning major renovations to our house. We asked several companies to quote and chose S&J based on our feelings after meeting George and Andrew and the level of detail in their quote. Now 10 weeks into phase 1 we are really pleased with progress. They are meticulous in quality of workmanship, are good communicators, their tradesmen are a pleasure to have around, they keep the place as clean and tidy as possible . Cost of extra works is always agreed before proceeding. Altogether very pleased and highly recommend them.

From initial contact through to completion of the project, we cannot fault the experience with George, Andrew and the rest of the team. Throughout the work we were kept up to date with progress and any unforeseen issues. Everything was discussed in detail and any additional costs agreed prior to moving forward.
