  Poor service and attitude and overpriced quotes

  Disappointing service from Simply Plumbing. Paid a £75 inspection fee, but Kieran took 2 weeks just to identify a part for a leaking toilet, ignoring messages while the water bill rose. When the quote arrived, it was heavily inflated. He quoted £60 for a valve (usually under £35), £75 for labour, and an extra £75 just as a "sourcing fee". Matching the sourcing fee to physical labour is completely unreasonable. When questioned he claimed he waived it in the past as a favour, which was never mentioned. His attitude was indifferent and hostile. Will not use again.

  • We charged £75 for diagnostics • Findings was sent to an external company for part identification • We have no control over external companies • We provided a quote for the replacement • Client was not happy that we charge for sourcing and supplying materials and rejected the quote • Contrary to the clients false remarks, we remained calm and professional throughout the written and recorded communication, all while we endured her condescending manner and being spoken to rudely • If the client knew the part required and cost, we wouldn’t need an identification company • Our service is 10/10

  Got my toilets fixed super impressed

  We had 2 toilets leaking and was already starting th cause a major damage to the ceilings. Keiran came over to check it, found the leak, even though the original plumbing work was terrible, Keiran was able to fix it and stop the leak and other problems discovered during the initial investigation.
