  Excellent service from first contact to job completion. Price quote was competitive and the selection of items to be fitted was good. Fully consultative in specifying the work and the fitter explained each step as the job progressed. Quality of the fit-out is excellent and the follow-up after the job was both polite and timely

  A 10/10 Experience

  The whole experience was great - the owner first arrived to do some measurements; he was great with my 3 year old son and encouraged me to ask as many questions as possible. Every tradesman doing the work was very polite and happy to have a chat. I ended up having a boiler pipe issue and although it wasn't related to their work, they were nice enough to minimise the leak before I contacted a boiler engineer. There were 2 small concerns I raised (bath draining slowly; extractor fan not turning off) and they were fixed super quickly. Truly a great experience; thank you.

  Bathroom and Ensuite refit - Excellent

  We recently had our bathroom and ensuite installed by Josh and Jimmy, with support from Alan and Tim at SimplyGroup, and the whole experience was fantastic. The team were friendly, efficient, and incredibly professional from start to finish. Their workmanship is excellent, and they kept everything tidy throughout the project, which made such a difference. A fabulous team all round — we’re absolutely delighted with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thanks also to Debbie and Stacey, for being so helpful in accommodating my requests to change some things. Excellent team!
