They fitted a new bathroom for us and the whole team was fantastic. Josh was unbelievable all week, always very punctual with great communication on everything happening and checking items are done as we hoped plus an incredibly high standard of work. The whole team have been outstanding, creating minimal mess and always cleaning up after themselves.

Just had bathroom totally redone. I couldn’t be happier with the work carried out. Work was carried out on time and to a very high standard . Craig and John were like little machines. Everyone I dealt with from the girls in the office to everyone who helped out were so helpful and polite . A pleasure to deal with. Mess was also kept to a minimum. Would highly recommend.

Was promised guidance to make sure the items I was ordering were correct but never got any, which led to some having to be returned. First installer they sent made a horrific mess of the bathroom tiling and it all had to be taken off. Simply owner Barty admitted he’d never seen anything like it. Next installers made a nice finish, but there have been repeated issues including drain smells from the shower. Took four months to replace a non-return valve and now saying any work is out of warranty. They didn’t even check pipework under the tray plus there’s damp behind the toilet cistern.
