Good communication. Called to discuss job and was clearly very knowledgeable about what was needed. Responded to messages promptly, and arrived when he said he would. Job location: MK16My TV was unable to access terrestrial channels so I contacted a few Aerial Installers. John, who was polite and proficient, attended within a couple of days and identified the problem as requiring a new aerial amplifier. He was able to effect a short-term fix so I could watch some channels. Since his visit, he remained in email contact, recommended a model for a long-term fix and how to install it. I'm John and I have been installing Aerials, Satellite dishes and wall mounting TV’s in the local area for about 25 years
Wherever possible, I try to hide all of your cables, in order to create the best installation.
If you’re thinking of wall mounting your TV, I can usually achieve what you want. Whether that's a 65 inch TV on a partition wall, or a full installation, including cutting and replastering the wall in order to hide cabling
Being local, I'm more than happy to visit if needed, in order to go through ad complications prior to commencing work.
Regarding aerials and satellites, I have a simple policy, If I cant achieve a full signal then I don't charge.
