Good communication. Called to discuss job and was clearly very knowledgeable about what was needed. Responded to messages promptly, and arrived when he said he would. Work was completed to a good standard and also provided advice on things such as cabling, demonstration of how to use the hinged mounts, etc.

I cannot express enough how efficient , genuine and polite this guy is. John was clear about the cost and what he would do. His manner is spot on and it is refreshing to know that there are still some tradespersons who are honest and trustworthy and not trying to rip you off. He is knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble, use this man's services you won't regret it

My TV was unable to access terrestrial channels so I contacted a few Aerial Installers. John, who was polite and proficient, attended within a couple of days and identified the problem as requiring a new aerial amplifier. He was able to effect a short-term fix so I could watch some channels. Since his visit, he remained in email contact, recommended a model for a long-term fix and how to install it. This has worked out well I am pleased to say.

John recently wall-mounted my 65-inch smart TV in the living room and a 34-inch TV in the bedroom. He also tested my TV aerials and connected them properly in my new house, removing the old, obsolete analogue ones. John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about TV and satellite options, which helped me make an informed choice between Freesat and Freeview. No job was too small for him, and he took care in every detail. I’m really pleased with the quality of his work and would happily use his services again. A nice chap – highly recommended for any TV setup needs!

I contacted Simply Digital about a TV repair, spoke to a gentleman and booked in a time for him to come round. Since then, I have had no contact whatsoever. He has ignored messages. Do not use this tradesperson.
