Richard responded to my job request quickly and took the time to explain in detail what needed doing. He is extremely knowledgable and has an excellent work ethic. I would highly recommend to others.

I needed work done urgently and I was in a pickle. SimPlumb phoned me straight away, as soon as I posted the job. He was at my home address within 30 minutes and sorted the problem brilliantly. Thank you so much. And I highly recommend

Leak was identified under the bath during first visit, leaky waste/trap fixed at a pre-agreed date, turned up on time, was polite. Also resealed the bath as the old seal was inadequate. Would definitely recommend, and will use for future jobs if needed.

First class service , called Richard at 7.50am, explained the overnight dilemma we’d had, he said give me half an hour and true to his word he arrived, evaluated the job, went to get parts and got us sorted. Smashing bloke, very competent in his work and a pleasure to have met him, highly recommended
