  French doors

  I asked Daniel to come and look at our French doors as they wouldn't close properly. He was polite and friendly and arrived on time. He looked at our doors and adjusted them in know time at all. He said to pay him what we thought as he wasn't there that long. We have asked him to box in some pipes and he is sending us a quote. We are definitely going to have Daniel back.

  i highly recommend Simple Solutions Property Maintenance! Daniel did an incredible job installing and painting the wall panelling in my living room. The attention to detail was fantastic,and it has completely transformed the space. He was professional, tidy and finished the work to a very high standard. I'm so happy with the result and will definitely be contacting him againfor more work to be done. if your looking for quailty work, definitely give him a call.

  Helpful and Efficient Handyman

  I am very pleased. D. kept me informed of anticipated arrival time (within previously given time window), and carried out three jobs well. 1. Putting back a bed support that had come out of alignment, which involved identifying the actual problem and remedying it . This involved some heavy lifting which I am unable to do. 2. Assembling a piano stool which I had been unable to put together. 3. Checking that four dining chairs were screwed together properly and tightening where necessary.
