  New laptop purchase and set up

  I have used David's services ( Simmway IT Solutions) before with any problems and queries I have with IT David is very knowledgable in his trade and all things to do with IT. I never hesitate to contact him if I need any assistance or advice with IT. I know the job will be done well David is a very nice and friendly guy and offers great customer service. He will keep you informed of the progress of any work he is doing. David will go the extra mile to make sure a customer is happy with the work he has done. I would 100% recommend David and his company for any sort of IT work.

  Set up new PC

  Excellent - a professional, friendly and efficient service. I purchased a new desktop pc and David set it up and transferred over all my files/data from the old pc. He was very thorough and ensured all the apps/programmes I use were set up and working. He even helped me to save money on my anti-virus protection - an added bonus! I highly recommend David and Simmway IT Solutions.

  Purchasing and setting up a new laptop

  Professional, efficient, patient and courteous sums up David's service. He purchased a brand new laptop for me, transferring data over from my old laptop. Working patiently through glitches while loading up a specific piece of old software which is necessary for my work, David found an effective operating solution. I am thrilled with my new purchase! For any IT issues or purchases I heartily recommend David.

  Upgrade PC graphics card and power supply

  It's when things go wrong that you find out how many stars a company really deserves. After David upgraded my PC, I started having graphics problems, the monitor going black without warning, often even before I had even logged into Windows. To cut a long story short, David took the PC back again, keeping me informed of progress (or lack of same!) as he tried to trace the cause of the problem. He eventually fitted a replacement graphics card, mercifully dealing with all the 'red tape' involved in that himself. I see why everyone scores Simmway 10/10 here, and I am doing the same.
