    Internet connection problem

    Internet went down on Good Friday. Dave at Simmway took time out during the bank holiday weekend to guide me through the steps to get me back on line. And only charged me £30.00. A five star service.

    Superb IT Support Service

    I have been using Simmway for over 10 years now. Their service is always 1st Class!. Extremely responsive, professional, polite, highly competent and excellent value for money. What more can you ask for!! Over the years I have needed to upgrade many PC's, printers, plotters and of course numerous Microsoft updates. Simmway has always given me the best advice as to what I should purchase and installed the new equipment with the minimal of fuss making my life so much easier. I cannot recommend Simmway highly enough and I am truly grateful to them for knowing that they will never dissapoint me.

    First class service

    First class service I purchased new computer and screen /mouse and keyboard All my old data including e mails were moved from old to new computer and then installed At my home office with zero fuss! David was very friendly and professional and knows his stuff so all went brilliantly .

    Simmway IT Solutions set up a new lap top for me and explained the differences from my old lap top, transferred all data I wanted and installed latest Office as found mine was out of date! Very prompt, punctual, well mannered and David certainly knew his job. Would highly recommend David Hutton's services.

    Local computer whizz found at last!

    I phoned David after several very stressful days of my son being unable to use his PC and despite being very short of time (and a Friday afternoon), David agreed to log on remotely to try and help as he was booked up for the following week. Within 10 minutes, he had identified the issue and we were back in business! David is friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. I’ve been looking for a local whizz for ages and am so relieved to have found him.
