  New boiler installation

  Alan’s communication was great, kept me updated of parts arrival, installation date/time etc The morning of installation, Alan arrived promptly and fully equipped with tools needed. The installation went very smoothly, minimal mess and noise. Alan talked me through the new boiler working instructions and made sure everything was up and running properly. I highly recommend Alan, excellent service provided from start to finish.

  Rang about a broken boiler, the company were too busy to attend on the day, which is understandable, but they were extremely helpful on the phone and made a few suggestions for me to check
