Alan’s communication was great, kept me updated of parts arrival, installation date/time etc The morning of installation, Alan arrived promptly and fully equipped with tools needed. The installation went very smoothly, minimal mess and noise. Alan talked me through the new boiler working instructions and made sure everything was up and running properly. I highly recommend Alan, excellent service provided from start to finish.

Our boiler was unable to be fixed so needed a new one. It was a very good price and a professional job, would certainly use his services again.
