I had a great experience with Silver Saints years ago, but sadly this time was the opposite. I booked a simple sash cord repair. They didn’t show up at the agreed time — I waited 2.5 hours with vague updates and eventually had to leave. We rescheduled, only for the new visit to be cancelled last minute with no follow-up. I chased repeatedly, spoke to multiple agents, and even agreed to give them a third chance after they apologised and offered a discount. But after I confirmed my availability, they just stopped replying. They wasted my time on many occasions, made promises they didn’t keep.
