  No free quotes

  Diagnosis (visit & quote) chargeable (£84 incl.vat) but also got a free cheaper quote from EliteHeat. Decided to go with this more expensive one as other one got booked up & I would have had to pay this one for the quote/diagnosis anyway. Combi-boiler wasn't giving hot water. Appears to be fixed now. No other issues.

  Hello and thank you for this feedback however we do offer free quotes and estimates for numerous things. Just to clarify, as we had advised you, we do charge for travelling out to boiler problems and spending time investigating and diagnosing problems with the boiler and can’t afford to do this for free. We do then offer a free estimate for any repairs and parts needed. We are pleased that we were able to resolve the problem for your tenant - Kind regards

  Boiler, service and new gas cooker installed

  We have used Silverdale Gas twice now, Once get a new boiler and recently to have a boiler service and new gas cooker fitted. We found both guys to be prompt, friendly and knowledgeable , we would definitely use again.

  Cold water pipe fault solution.

  Silverdale Gas repaired a fault with my cold water pipes. They were very professional and helpful and fixed the problem perfectly. They came on time and were clean tidy and polite, and answered any queries I had. A great job.

  Prompt, Clean & Tidy

  Scott attended promptly as promised and dealt with replacing a part in the toilet cistern and replaced a broken toilet seat. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and the bathroom was left clean and tidy.
