Diagnosis (visit & quote) chargeable (£84 incl.vat) but also got a free cheaper quote from EliteHeat. Decided to go with this more expensive one as other one got booked up & I would have had to pay this one for the quote/diagnosis anyway. Combi-boiler wasn't giving hot water. Appears to be fixed now. No other issues.

Hello and thank you for this feedback however we do offer free quotes and estimates for numerous things.
Just to clarify, as we had advised you, we do charge for travelling out to boiler problems and spending time investigating and diagnosing problems with the boiler and can’t afford to do this for free. We do then offer a free estimate for any repairs and parts needed. We are pleased that we were able to resolve the problem for your tenant - Kind regards
