  New flat roof and repairs to slate roof.

  John McPhee was professional from start to finish. Stripped off three old flat roofs that had been built up by previous owners, put up a new frame and re felted, including timber work to resize for the new skylight window. Repairs were also made to the slate roof. All jobs and the price in writing before they started, all were completed to a high standard, with the price staying as agreed. John and his colleague’s disposed of all roof waste, cleaning up the back garden area that was used, before the end of the job. Highly recommend them. The flat roof now has a 25yr guarantee. Delighted!

  Silver City Roofing replaced a flat felt roof on our house, Midstocket area. Great workmanship, minimal disruption and tidy worksite, communication was great and fair advice given. Would highly recommend

  Highly recommended company, John turned up when he said, provided a quote and photo evidence. Again, he turned up when he said to complete the work and it was done to a very high standard, he left the place clean and tidy. I’ll use him should I be unlucky enough to have roof problems in the future.

  Roof repairs and chimney/masonry repointing

  Don't waste your time... John came round talked the talk and even pointed out some good things and left me with a good feeling and telling me he would be in touch with a couple of quotes which never came and when I messaged I was just ghosted. Obviously the type of person that thinks his time is more precious than yours.
