John and his team were great from start to finish. I came home from holiday in October 2023 to find the property I’d only recently purchased was minus much of its flat roof following high winds and rain. John responded to my initial call for a quote quickly and professionally. They carried the work out in the time scale promised and were professional throughout. Also at a very competitive price. I’m 18mths on with no problems what’s so ever. I also have a 20 yr guarantee. I’ve no problem recommending Johns company, Silver City Roofing.

Surveyed our leaking roof showing us detailed photos of the works to be carried out, carried out the works to a high quality with all old materials removed quickly, carried out the works a few days ahead of schedule for a sensible price. Very polite and courteous workforce, would have no problems recommending these guys for any roofing works you require.

John came out when he said he would. Fixed the issue quickly and professionally. He noticed another issue with our roof whilst he was up there and took videos and sent a quote so we will use him again to fix this. Excellent guy highly recommend. Has done work for family and friends 🙏

John McPhee was professional from start to finish. Stripped off three old flat roofs that had been built up by previous owners, put up a new frame and re felted, including timber work to resize for the new skylight window. Repairs were also made to the slate roof. All jobs and the price in writing before they started, all were completed to a high standard, with the price staying as agreed. John and his colleague’s disposed of all roof waste, cleaning up the back garden area that was used, before the end of the job. Highly recommend them. The flat roof now has a 25yr guarantee. Delighted!

Silver City Roofing replaced a flat felt roof on our house, Midstocket area. Great workmanship, minimal disruption and tidy worksite, communication was great and fair advice given. Would highly recommend
