John was so kind to come along and complete a quote for a potential house renovation that we were considering. He took time and explained the process and potential costs associated with it and this allowed us to make an informed choice about purchasing the property. Signature home development has done many refurbs for us and I can say that their work is second to none. They have worked on 5 of our projects and each one was fantastic. They pay attention to detail and offer great advise where needed. We have had a few back to brick projects and some really awful ones but signature home development team came up trumps each time. Fantastic job! We had the guys build a custom media wall to fit an electric fireplace and oversized tv. Communication was excellent throughout and the finished product had made the living room look amazing.
