John was so kind to come along and complete a quote for a potential house renovation that we were considering. He took time and explained the process and potential costs associated with it and this allowed us to make an informed choice about purchasing the property. Although we didn’t proceed with the purchase, we will look to use John and his team for any future works as found him very helpful and professional.

Signature home development has done many refurbs for us and I can say that their work is second to none. They have worked on 5 of our projects and each one was fantastic. They pay attention to detail and offer great advise where needed. We have had a few back to brick projects and some really awful ones but signature home development team came up trumps each time. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

Final product of the wet room extension allowed for my elderly father to be able to have full easy access to full bathroom facilities without having to face climbing the stairs to use the upstairs bathroom.

Fantastic job! We had the guys build a custom media wall to fit an electric fireplace and oversized tv. Communication was excellent throughout and the finished product had made the living room look amazing. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Great team to work with…. Good communication from initial contact through to completion of work. Tradesman worked with respect and always left areas clean. We are really happy with the finished product. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again on various other projects we have planned!
