I contacted this tradesman to inspect some internal walls and assess their structural role. He clearly explained which walls were load-bearing and which could potentially be removed safely. The inspection was professional, detailed, and very helpful for my renovation plans. He arrived on time, was friendly, and showed great knowledge. After having been let down by a different tradesman, Skender and his team took over a half started project and finished it beautifully. Highly skilled and always acted with professionalism. Always answered our calls/ texts and complied with what had been agreed. A small and relatively simple job completed without ant fuss at all and exactly as agreed. Not to mention very quickly. The brick repair was potentially a bit fiddly but extra care was taken with the colour of bricks and mortar. We had two quotes for the work. And after a neighbour had used S&I Builders previously we were able to view there work first hand. We chose Skender,s company on recommendation and glad we did. He started the work on time as agreed. And was very punctual each day and worked full days. He finished the work ahead of schedule and to a high standard.
