We cannot fault Skender. He was polite, respectful, tidy, efficient and excellent communicator. He clearly takes pride in his work and has a wealth of experience. We will absolutely be using Skender again for our future projects.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently hired this builder and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the first meeting, they were professional, transparent, and easy to communicate with. The work was completed to a very high standard, on schedule, and the site was kept tidy throughout the project. They offered helpful suggestions, paid attention to detail, and clearly take pride in their craftsmanship. Any small issues were dealt with quickly and without hesitation. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy builder, I would highly recommend them.

Skender and his team were simply SUPERB, from day 1 we had total trust in their ability and knowledge, we had no concerns leaving them with our home in their hands when we went to work, the job was approx. 10 weeks and the communication between us and Skender was straight forward and easy, Some changes were made during the build and Skender dealt with these with no issues, he even put forward some very useful ideas which we incorporated, The workmanship is excellent and their work ethic is second to none, choosing the builder was a stressful time but Skender was 100% the right choice

He came out, quoted and got on with the work in no time. He pulled out all the of concrete, dug new foundations and laid fresh concrete with a little path. Couldn’t recommend enough

This is the second time I have used S & I builders for my commercial property renovation. Work involved removing partition walls, painting and decorating, installing toilets and washbasin and various other works. Skender is highly skilled and very reliable. He did a great job and I highly recommend him.

The job involved the safe removal and disposal of a first-floor metal balcony, including its railing, floor base, and support post. The team carried out the work safely and efficiently, completing both the exterior wall repair and the interior wall fixing and repainting to a high standard. Everything was finished neatly and professionally, and we are very pleased with the result.
