10 Sink plug was broken, stuck in closed position and toilet flush buttons were very loose.

This is the first time I have looked for a tradesman on line. I put my job up , received a prompt response, sent photos, got a quote. I accepted and Steve and his mate came 2 days later. SH Plumbing gave me a price,which I accepted & agreed a time of 08:00 The engineer arrived on time , inspected the toilet to be repaired & made area ready for their work.
