Very unprofessional and unreliable. The plumber didn’t show up on the agreed day, and when I followed up, he told me he’d decided to head away for the day because of the good weather — with no prior notice or communication. He then agreed to come the next day at 11:30 AM but once again failed to show up and never got in touch. Completely disrespectful of my time. I would not recommend based on this experience.

This is the first time I have looked for a tradesman on line. I put my job up , received a prompt response, sent photos, got a quote. I accepted and Steve and his mate came 2 days later. They arrived on time, did the job perfectly and charged me as quoted. A perfect experience. Thanks Steve

SH Plumbing gave me a price,which I accepted & agreed a time of 08:00 The engineer arrived on time , inspected the toilet to be repaired & made area ready for their work. The repair was completed in a professional manner & time I would reccomend this company for any future work.
