  Kitchen sink leaking water into the cupboard below

  Excellent work. This was a challenging experience - I had to give a plumber the key pad code to my elderly/vulnerable Mum. Also I was unable to be there to supervise. I feel it important to inform future customers how helpful and trustworthy this company was. Whilst they were there someone tried to gain access to my Mum and the nice guys from Shout Plumbing spotted this chancer and asked him to leave. I’m a very grateful customer. 😊

  Gutter problem sorted

  The base of the toilet was leaking. Then the day after we had an emergency call out.

  Shout Plumbers have been spot on from our first communication. Quick response to my initial enquiry. They fit us in in-between jobs the day after. Resolved the issue promptly, providing various options and fair pricing. They where on time, respectful and the kind of tradesmen you need when theres an issue. The day after the original job, the toilet decided to play up again. Shout gave clear instructions to ensure nothing got worse and they where here within 10 minutes. Problem solved. I am genuinely confident that should i need any sort of plumbing assistance or job, Shout will sort it out.

  New radiators and pipework chased into walls

  The lads turned up when agreed. Communication was good throughout. The lads were very friendly and professional. Work was completed to a high standard and tested afterwards. They were very conscious with ensuring mess was kept to a minimum and cleaned up after the work was completed. They returned a few days later to fit me another rad and chase pipework in between other jobs. I would recommend Shout and will use them again.

  Hot water pump fitted

  James and Joey were great. Despite an issue with their van they still arrived on the day they said and did a great job. Even fixing a leak in the en suite shower. I would definitely recommend them.
