Shout came out to one of our branches to quote for a job and assured us we'd receive the quote promptly. Despite repeated follow-ups via email, text, and phone, we've been completely ignored. No response, no update—just radio silence. It's incredibly disappointing and frankly unprofessional, especially after we were promised communication.
