  Accommodative of requests and carried out diligently EoT cleaning

  Team were responsive and accommodated request to spread the work across days due to some decoration work going on within house. Cleaning was done to good standards and kept informed if some part of household item (eg appliance) couldn't be tidied. Though there was an extra space to be carpeted, it was carried out. Team may keep some spare solutions so dont run out, time required can be estimated slightly better to avoid hurrying back for inspection/payment etc.

  They were professional in their communication & timely too. Laura was assigned to me, she did an amazing job, very thorough & diligent. She’s polite & friendly too, decided to retain her. I’m already looking forward to the next session & will definitely recommend Shine & Go!
