  Good to communicate, quick to complete. Explained the process of dump segregation and disposal. While had a couple of other items to move around, I decided not after conversing on the dampness. Could keep a bit more buffer time in case had needed other small help that may have come to mind.

  Prompt to respond and arrive for providing a quote and completed the crack filling / paint work or walls and ceiling in 2+ days. Work carried out seems of professional standard. Decorator had to stretch a bit due to timelines and could've got some more helping hand on one of days, as filler on one of wall cracks is bit uneven but acceptable. Flexible around payment and helped get some discounts on the material to be purchased.

  Accommodative of requests and carried out diligently EoT cleaning

  Team were responsive and accommodated request to spread the work across days due to some decoration work going on within house. Cleaning was done to good standards and kept informed if some part of household item (eg appliance) couldn't be tidied. Though there was an extra space to be carpeted, it was carried out. Team may keep some spare solutions so dont run out, time required can be estimated slightly better to avoid hurrying back for inspection/payment etc.
