  Arrived within 20 minutes of calling, scoped the job up, and repaired the roof in under two hours. The scaffolding was already up which made things a lot faster, but the turnaround from requesting it to finishing it was fantastic. Pictures and videos were taken while the work was undertaken, effectively giving me the step by step repair process. I appreciated that immensely. After completion I was given recommendations to help further protect the roof, which I'll be undertaking in the Summer with Shield again. Absolutely recommend!

  Fantastic top notch work

  I called Luke as there was evidence of leakage from the chimney stack. He arrived the same day to assess the problem and suggest the appropriate action. He offered a cheaper repair that would probably require further action in the future or a more permanent solution, that of removing the chimney stack. We agreed on the latter with a very reasonable quote. The scaffold was erected the following day. Luke and his team arrived on the first day that the weather was suitable. The result was amazing, matching the existing tiles so that the work was invisible. I highly recommend shield to anyone

  I told Luke he was a god send.When I called his company on the morning of December 16,worried about a recurring rook leak in the home of my elderly ,housebound parents ,he visited the same day to inspect and identify the issues.These proved to need urgent attention as the leak had been ongoing and causing hidden damage,with wet rot etc.Luke secured a covering and completed the remedial work a few days later with his team on December 19.I was so grateful for him for reorganising his busy work schedule running up to Christmas.Photos were taken to explain the underlying issues.

  Repair of the roof ridge in relation to the GRP loft conversion flat roof

  Luke was very informative and honest from quote to completion of the repair. He carried out the works during difficult weather conditions. Providing temporary protection during on going inclement weather. We will be taking up Luke’s advice in the spring to provide a protective coat to the whole of the GRP flat roof. We would recommend Shield Roofing for any roof works. We have his number and will contact Luke for all our future roof maintenance.

  Luke and his team removed a chimney and two velux windows and laid new tiles over the patches. They worked quietly and efficiently and cleaned up any mess afterwards. Highly recommend.

  I’d highly recommend Shield Roofing. They were very quick to reply to messages, accurately diagnosed the cause of my leaking roof, and fixed it with very good quality work at the best price I’d been quoted. I’ll definitely use Shield Roofing in the future.
