Shield Roofing Specialist South Wales saw to my missing roof slate within just a few hours of my seeking help. The two employees who coped with my really high roof were friendly and professional. I recommend Shield Roofing Specialist South Wales. Luke was outstanding from start to finish. He came out on the Saturday of the Easter weekend and immediately saw that the roof needed urgent attention. Despite it being a bank holiday weekend he returned, stripped the roof and installed new felt and batons. First thing on the Tuesday morning he went straight to the builders merchants and sourced the tiles to complete the job. Absolutely amazing service; a lovely job completed very efficiently and to an excellent standard of work.

Arrived within 20 minutes of calling, scoped the job up, and repaired the roof in under two hours. The scaffolding was already up which made things a lot faster, but the turnaround from requesting it to finishing it was fantastic. Pictures and videos were taken while the work was undertaken, effectively giving me the step by step repair process. I appreciated that immensely. After completion I was given recommendations to help further protect the roof, which I'll be undertaking in the Summer with Shield again. Absolutely recommend!

I called Luke as there was evidence of leakage from the chimney stack. He arrived the same day to assess the problem and suggest the appropriate action. He offered a cheaper repair that would probably require further action in the future or a more permanent solution, that of removing the chimney stack. We agreed on the latter with a very reasonable quote. The scaffold was erected the following day. Luke and his team arrived on the first day that the weather was suitable. The result was amazing, matching the existing tiles so that the work was invisible. I highly recommend shield to anyone
