Shield were very responsive, came out quickly and repaired the boiler promptly. My boiler is very old and had been told by another engineer that it would be a costly repair or replacement just after a full bathroom Reno we couldn’t afford that but were preparing for the worst. Connor fixed the boiler promptly and performed a service, very professional and highly respectful. Price was a lovely surprise. 10/10. Kept in regular touch, turned up on time, upfront and honest, did not make a fuss out doing an unusual job. Dilligent, worked for long hours without issues and came back, spent few extra hours to solve a manufacturers issue. 100% Recommend.
