We were away and had a house-sitter during the repair. The engineer was understanding and kept in contact throughout the process. The repair was very quick and resolved before we got home. Definitely be using them again for any boiler or plumbing issues.

Shield were very responsive, came out quickly and repaired the boiler promptly. My boiler is very old and had been told by another engineer that it would be a costly repair or replacement just after a full bathroom Reno we couldn’t afford that but were preparing for the worst. Connor fixed the boiler promptly and performed a service, very professional and highly respectful. Price was a lovely surprise. Would 100% book again in the future and would recommend to anyone I know!
