  Replaced broken front door lock.

  Darren was very prompt in responding to my initial enquiry. He had to order parts but kept me fully informed while he was waiting for them to arrive. Completed the work efficiently and to a high standard.

  Brilliant, professional and friendly

  Had some doors fitted, they did no sit right at all and were not locking correctly. Darren came out and there was no fuss no upselling he came in listened to what we were saying and looked and within half an hour they were fixed. He was brilliant! Really professional and friendly.

  Friendly, on time, transparent and did the job right!

  Darren was very helpful and is quick to respond. He came out to look at our garden gate issue and gave a quote. Came back the next day and sorted out the issue for the long term, not just a quick fix. He took the time to explain what went wrong, what he did to remedy the problem and gave advice on a related matter. Payment was also easy - paid by credit card (Amex). Really friendly guy and his work and the replacement part all comes with warranty. Fantastic!

  French Door Lock Repair

  Darren was friendly and professional. Called him out to fix a jammed lock on a French Door and he did a great job and charged a reasonable price. Left everything clean and tidy, would definitely use again.
