  Front door lock barrel had gone rusty and worn out.

  Darren was brilliant. From me sending the enquiry, his communication was spot on allowing me to also alter my appointment at the last minute. In arriving he gave me a choice of locks and work was carried out really quickly. Excellent job thank you

  Darren got back to me very prompt. Came out within 2 days and replaced handle and lock. Did a good job. Will have no hesitation in calling him again.

  Replacing the barrel in our front door

  Darren was extremely prompt at replying to messages. I initial message was sent late on a Saturday night, I didn't expect to hear anything until the next day, however he messaged me back within minutes. The job was all done and he'd left our property by midday on the Sunday. I would absolutely recommend Darren and he will be the first person we contact if we have any other issues with any locks. Thank you for your A* service Darren.
