Darren was extremely prompt at replying to messages. I initial message was sent late on a Saturday night, I didn't expect to hear anything until the next day, however he messaged me back within minutes. The job was all done and he'd left our property by midday on the Sunday. I would absolutely recommend Darren and he will be the first person we contact if we have any other issues with any locks.
