  Found them online as local to me - very print at coming back to me. Got a fitting date for carpet sooner than I expected (which was great). Quality service and carpet looks great. Friendly and professional team. Highly recommend.

  Fitting of x2 bedroom carpets

  We booked Shazam after posting the job and receiving various offers- they were one of the most affordable. We liked that they asked a lot of qualifying questions, whilst trusting our measurements (we couldn’t give access for measuring up at the time). Our carpets weren’t available, but they were able to offer a great alternative. They completed the job in under 3 hours and were friendly, fast & professional throughout. The only improvement would be if they added door trimming to the service- we had to arrange for this ourselves. Altogether a good service and we’d use them again.

  Thank you for your kind words and recommendation. I apologise that we were unable to trim your doors at that time. This is a service we usually offer; however, our colleague responsible for this work was unavailable that day. As we did not visit the site beforehand and relied on the measurements provided, we could not anticipate the need. Otherwise, we would have included it and brought the appropriate colleague.

  Great communication and really friendly. They were able to recommend how much carpet I needed without a proper measuring and on the day the job was done quite quickly and to a high standard. I would use them again.
