We needed an emergency carpet fitter on a Sunday for a 90-year-old gentleman, as his stairs, hall, and landing carpet was worn, loose, and becoming a real hazard. The fitter arrived promptly, was professional, and worked quickly but with great attention to detail. The carpet was fitted beautifully and safely, making the stairs much safer to use. Excellent service — speedy, skilled, and very considerate. Highly recommended!

Shazam carpets did a really great job for us. We found remnants of the carpet we wanted via our own source and they supported us with ordering the correct measurements, warned us about needing to acclimatise and which threshold bars to order. The job itself was flawless- we chose sisal which is notoriously hard to fit and they did such a professional job. They even came and restuck it free of charge after we had to take it up due to a leak. Thank you so much Shazam carpets!

Wakas has been amazing. If I could give 11 stars, I would. Throughout the job, which I have managed at the distance of 300 miles, his communication and helpfulness has been outstanding. He has been happy, polite, positive and incredibly professional. I could not recommend him enough. He also got the entire job done in only a few hours and was happy to work until late in the evening at his own suggestion.

Overall a great experience from start to finish. I really appreciate a small advice that was given in relation to my wool and sisal carpet to use scissors and never pull a thread. Thank you very much. The new carpet look lovely and professionally installed.

Super quick communication. Very polite and efficient gentlemen who do not let full house and family noise get in way of work. A little hiccup at the end but they were happy to come back and amend immediately. Very pleased with results and customer service. Would definitely recommend to others and use service again myself.
