  Shaun was efficient as always, providing detail about what he was doing and why. His workmanship and subsequent outcomes are exemplary which is why we have used him for many years. He responds promptly to our plumbing emergencies. He is personable, approachable and knowledgeable bringing his 40 years experience to bear in his work.

  New Kitchen Connected and Boiler Serviced

  Shaun identified a problem with our boiler filter immediately which was then replaced, and it is now working like new! We were in the process of installing a new kitchen, and I enquired into Shaun's additional services to see if he could help. Both he and Paul were instrumental into making this all happen within a number of weeks.   Replacement mixer tap in existing kitchen butler sink.

  The replacement of the tap proved far more complex than originally anticipated due to the way it had been installed long before we moved here. Shaun and Paul had to remove existing work top to install new taps (which they supplied for me). They did this with great good humour and skill and reinstalled the work top with the new taps. A job well done. Would recommend them to anyone.

  Emergency call to fix a radiator which had come off the wall and caused a major leak.

  Shaun was here with us fixing our leak less than an hour after having called him. He is very professional and friendly. He came back 2 days later on a Saturday to replace the radiator. Could not have been more reliable.

  Replaced some pipes to help water pressure and wanted the boiler to be repaired.

  Only dealt with the water pressure and has never come back to me regarding the boiler issue which was my main concern after calling and texting. He never gave me a price beforehand, changed a few pipes on only a 3 year old water tank and charged £450! Very disappointed and let down and feel ripped off.

  I am disappointed to have received this review as I endeavour to do an excellent job at a fair, competitive rate. I explained to this customer that with an old boiler, it may be uneconomically viable to replace rather than repair. I spent time and effort in sourcing a reconditioned PCB for my client and left a message to get in touch to discuss what further action to be taken. I did contact the customer regarding the water pressure once I had completed the job and I received a text message advising “so far the water seems much better. Thank you”. I am disappointed that the customer feels I only changed a few pipes, I did complete a lot more work than she has specified. I issued a report to my customer explaining in great detail the work that I had carried out and what I had charged. I always respond to my clients and discuss any matters that may arise.
