I am disappointed to have received this review as I endeavour to do an excellent job at a fair, competitive rate. I explained to this customer that with an old boiler, it may be uneconomically viable to replace rather than repair. I spent time and effort in sourcing a reconditioned PCB for my client and left a message to get in touch to discuss what further action to be taken. I did contact the customer regarding the water pressure once I had completed the job and I received a text message advising “so far the water seems much better. Thank you”. I am disappointed that the customer feels I only changed a few pipes, I did complete a lot more work than she has specified. I issued a report to my customer explaining in great detail the work that I had carried out and what I had charged. I always respond to my clients and discuss any matters that may arise.
