  After Shadbolt Plastering did a detailed investigation and got to the root cause of our damp issue. We got them back to do the recommended treatment. They was reliable and great at communicating. The work was also completed to a high standard. Overall really happy with the service.

  Penetrating damp.

  Great service from Shadbolt Plastering. Nathan kept the property clean and completed the job in the allotted time. I rent this property out and I was unable to get to the property while the work was carried out. But Nathan sent me photo/video updates at the end of each day putting my mind at ease. If any of my other properties have a damp issue I will be in contact with Shadbolt Plastering again.

  Damp survey, remedial works and plastering

  Nathan is a pleasure to deal with. He is polite, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to do a fantastic job. Excellent communication and did a thorough job in investigating my penetrating damp. He gave me a very detailed damp survey with recommendations. He carried out repairs to my external walls then installed a damp proof membrane internally before plastering and cleaning up afterwards. He left the place very clean unlike other plasterers I’ve had in the past. All at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use his services again or to recommend him.

  Damp survey

  We reached out to Shadbolt Plastering to conduct a damp survey on a property we are in the process of purchasing as damp was flagged on our property survey. Overall Nathan was genuine and put our minds at ease. He even picked up on some areas that didn't get mentioned in our property survey. We will be going ahead with the recommendations/treatment.
