  Follow up treatment for damp

  Really happy with the treatment done by Shadbolt Plastering. They have been clean throughout the job but also efficient by finishing a day earlier than planned. Overall the process has been a smooth one. Also Nathan has been great as he kept us up to date with the job and was always ready to answer any questions that we had.

  Damp survey

  Shadbolt Plastering was punctual coming out to investigate the damp in our property. During the investigation Nathan was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the issue clearly. He also was able to propose a few options to treat the areas. A thorough report explaining the root cause of the issue and the treatment recommended was also sent over within 24 hours. A quotation was also sent seperately. Furthermore we had another company quote for the same work but Shadbolt Plasterings quote was a lot more reasonable.   Completing recommended damp treatment.

  Nathan provided a great service from start to finish. We were unable to be at the property due to work, but we received daily updates via photos/videos of how the job was going. Overall we would highly recommend Shadbolt Plastering to anyone that is dealing with a damp issue. They are an honest company and didn’t try to oversell work that is not needed. They are also reliable and clean.

  Great company for treating damp

  We really appreciate the hard work from Shadbolt Plastering. They did an outstanding job treating damp in our property and kept mess to a minimum. Very easy to deal with. But they also kept up with communication by sending photo updates as we was unable to be at the property during the day, giving us peace of mind. Will definately be recommending to anyone we know who is dealing with damp.

  Damp survey for a property we are purchasing.

  We are really happy with the survey completed by Shadbolt Plastering. We are in the process of purchasing a property and we needed to understand why damp is currently in the property/how much it would be to rectify the issue. The report was very informative and a call was also scheduled with us to go over key areas of the report and answer any questions we had.
