Fantastic service from start to finish. Shadbolt Plastering was professional, efficient and sent a detailed report over within 24 hours. Booking the investigation was also very straightforward. We had a previous company give us an eye watering quote for work that was not needed. Whereas the treatment recommended by Shadbolt Plastering is reasonable. We will be going ahead with the recommended treatment to rectify the issue.

We’d had a damp issue in the kitchen for a very long time before we finally got round to getting it sorted. Nathan came round and investigated the problem, sending us an incredibly thorough report that identified the issues and how to fix these. He then came back several time to seal the holes on the outside wall and to plaster the affected area around the window inside. The work carried out was excellent. Nathan is a lovely guy, very polite and great at communicating what was needed. He was always punctual, tidy and went above and beyond to give us additional tips.
