    Penetrating damp treatment

    It’s very rare to find a company that is genuine, but also doesn’t try to upsell treatment that is not needed. Shadbolt Plastering did a great job conducting a damp and timber survey. We then got them back once we moved in to treat the penetrating damp. They were efficient but also very clean! We are pleased with the external/internal work and the service they provided.

    Damp Survey

    We needed to find out why there is damp in our property. Shadbolt plastering was very thorough investigating the damp. They managed to diagnose that the cause is penetrating damp from external defects. They also gave us some suggestions on how to improve ventilation in the bathroom. We received a written report that had photos attached, explaining everything in detail. We will definately be getting them back to resolve the penetrating damp in our property.

    Source of damp.

    Shadbolt Plastering gave a great insight into the damp that was flagged on our home buyers survey! We was very impressed with their report. They diagnosed the damp, but also gave us some other relevant information to keep in mind when negotiating with our seller. Which we really appreciate.

    Great Service!

    We needed a damp survey for a property we are purchasing. Shadbolt plastering was great with communication. The report was very detailed with photographs. Nathan also scheduled a phone call to go over some questions we had regarding the damp. Overall a great service!

    Penetrating damp

    We are really impressed with how Shadbolt plastering investigated damp in our property. We then got them back to carry out the recommended treatment. They did this to a high standard! Was reliable and kept areas clean. Also a detailed email was sent once the job was completed explaining the aftercare and some painting advice. We will definately be recommending to friends and family.
