  Disappointing service lately

  I have used this firm for about 7 yrs and they have been fine. However, boiler failed shortly after last service and I have been waiting two weeks for it to be sorted. I am 76 and not very well. It is too long to wait. It's been awful boiling kettles and trying to keep warm. I know another lady in her eighties who has had similar problems and has had to go to live with her son while waiting. Not good enough. No updates. Too slow. Staffing problems? I would not use this firm again.

We do apologise that you were left without the immediate response you required, but at this time of year bookings for emergency call outs are high and may stretch our services. We do try to leave as much reactive time as possible, but we will certainly take your review and work out what happened.   The installation of 10 solar panels and the various electrical components that were required

  The installation was carried out at my mother's address and as I live abroad I had to trust you staff to be courteous and professional. Everyone from the scaffolders to the electrician to the person who priced the work was exemplary. The standard of work was carried out to the highest standard and I will be recommending your services to both my friends and family.
