    I had a new bathroom sink fitted and the outdoor tap replaced. The plumbers did an excellent job, and I would be happy to use SGS again.

    Such a brilliant company. Efficient, friendly, attentive, timely and good value. Replaced electrical board and lots of other jobs at my mum’s house. They were fantastic. Kept you informed constantly.highly recommend.

    Disappointing service lately

    I have used this firm for about 7 yrs and they have been fine. However, boiler failed shortly after last service and I have been waiting two weeks for it to be sorted. I am 76 and not very well. It is too long to wait. It's been awful boiling kettles and trying to keep warm. I know another lady in her eighties who has had similar problems and has had to go to live with her son while waiting. Not good enough. No updates. Too slow. Staffing problems? I would not use this firm again.
