I have used this firm for about 7 yrs and they have been fine. However, boiler failed shortly after last service and I have been waiting two weeks for it to be sorted. I am 76 and not very well. It is too long to wait. It's been awful boiling kettles and trying to keep warm. I know another lady in her eighties who has had similar problems and has had to go to live with her son while waiting. Not good enough. No updates. Too slow. Staffing problems? I would not use this firm again.

We do apologise that you were left without the immediate response you required, but at this time of year bookings for emergency call outs are high and may stretch our services. We do try to leave as much reactive time as possible, but we will certainly take your review and work out what happened.
