I had scheduled a full service for my gas boiler, but on the morning of the appointment, it started displaying a fault code. When the engineers arrived, I had to ask them to address the fault instead of proceeding with the service. They attempted to diagnose the issue, but unfortunately, they couldn't resolve it. The entire fault-checking process took around 30 to 40 minutes, and I ended up being charged for the full hour of the call-out, which seems a bit unfair to me. I guess it is what it is.

I have used this firm for about 7 yrs and they have been fine. However, boiler failed shortly after last service and I have been waiting two weeks for it to be sorted. I am 76 and not very well. It is too long to wait. It's been awful boiling kettles and trying to keep warm. I know another lady in her eighties who has had similar problems and has had to go to live with her son while waiting. Not good enough. No updates. Too slow. Staffing problems? I would not use this firm again.
