  Porch Build, fantastic builders and Developers.

  Recently completed a porch build for me. Really high quality and fantastic work. They keep site clean every day, very respectful and professional and know what they are doing. Would be my first point of call for any future work.

  Rear Extension and downstairs WC

  S.Gray Developments were recommended by friends to project manage and build a rear extension and WC, as well as painting and decorating the whole house. What a team!! Consisting of family members - years of experience, masters of all trades and above all good family values made the daunting process a more personal and enjoyable experience. Professional, trustworthy, tidy, they could not do enough. We are absolutely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend their services.

  Total renovation with extensions - An Ugly Duckling to a Swan!

  Steve and his team carried out the renovation of a neglected property and turned it into a beautiful, modern home. Top to bottom, inside and out, kitchen, bathrooms, new driveway, paths and patio. All work was inspected by Building Control with Steve ensuring Building Regulations were always met. Managed by Steve, the team were polite and reliable with the property left tidy at the end of each day. Steve takes great pride in his work, pays attention to detail, offers solutions to problems and keeps you involved. His knowledge of the building and local trade is second to none. Highly recommend.

  Single storey extensions to side & rear of existing house and garden works - patio.

  Highly recommend Steve and his team. Our first experience of extending our home, his professionalism onsite and always available to contact and advise when offsite, made the whole experience a far easier process. We are very pleased with the final finish and would definitely use Steve and his team for any future projects.
