Steve and the team have been fantastic. He built an extension, converted an internal garage and a complete renovation. From start to finish he has been outstanding. The quality of work has been excellent and his expert advice throughout the process has been invaluable. With busy busy work schedules, we had to be hands off but thankfully Steve was always on hand to work through issues and gave us peace of mind throughout. We got lucky when we found Steve and the boys. They built us a beautiful, full-width extension on time and on budget. High quality work, realistic pricing, always punctual, super-tidy, and a timely completion. Steve was a joy to deal with. He takes pride in his work and does his absolute best to keep the customer happy. He project-managed the build using his regular tradespeople for electrics/glazing/roofing etc - all of whom were all excellent. Communication was superb throughout. Steve and his team carried out the renovation of a neglected property and turned it into a beautiful, modern home. Top to bottom, inside and out, kitchen, bathrooms, new driveway, paths and patio. All work was inspected by Building Control with Steve ensuring Building Regulations were always met. Managed by Steve, the team were polite and reliable with the property left tidy at the end of each day. Steve takes great pride in his work, pays attention to detail, offers solutions to problems and keeps you involved. His knowledge of the building and local trade is second to none. Highly recommend.
