  I got an annual boiler service and inhibitor treatment done. The was a bit of confusion in the sense the engineer didn't know he needed to do the inhibitor treatment. But all got sorted very quickly with a phone call. The engineer was very diligent and clean. All ok. Thanks

  David was absolutely brilliant. He was replacing a basin tap. The fittings weren't the same, so he had to go to screwfix to get parts. Did everything within the hour. Much impressed. And took old tap away for recycling. Would certainly use Serviceteam again.

  Our under warranty repair for a bidet hose was very well handled by Ethan on the service team chat and the appointment were booked with our convenience and availability in mind. Junior arrived as promised and resolved the issue very quickly. All in all excellent service all around.

  Polite, tidy and fixed the problem

  The team arrived on time and were polite, clean and tidy. They worked hard and were very focussed and they fixed the problem. They were very good with my mum who is in her 80s and worries about work being done in her flat. Thank you very much.
