Horrible! The painter was supposed to arrive at 3 pm. Instead they arrived at 1:30 pm.. this led to me wasting money arranging for a third-party to be there at 3 pm. It also led to a massive disagreement with my Tenant. I asked via WhatsApp service team for an update on when the painter would be coming and I didn’t get a response.. this cannot happen again

Hi Shane, thanks for the feedback. The painter arrived early due to a previous job being cancelled at short notice, but we should have confirmed the change with you first. We also accept our WhatsApp reply wasn’t fast enough. We’ve now tightened our communication process to avoid this happening again
