Very dissatisfied with the service and the way the charges were handled.
I provided all relevant information in advance and also checked several times with the team regarding the turnkey offer. Despite this, I was still charged additional costs that were not reasonable.
A £42 fee for a failed visit and £30 for a small part, when the original item itself costs less, is disproportionate and not justified.
I feel misled and would not recommend this service.

Dear Anoosh, thank you for your review. We are sorry you remain dissatisfied, but we do not accept that the charges were misleading. The quote from photos stated that if works could not proceed due to the site scope differing, the visit would be charged at £35 + VAT. For a call-out by a skilled technician, this is very reasonable. The tap was customer-supplied and incompatible with the basin. The £25 + VAT charge covered labour to adapt pipework, plus copper, fittings and an isolating valve. This barely covered our costs. The invoice was raised correctly.
