    Backup not adequate

    Work carried out but left unfinished. Would not have been a problem if proper mechanism to sort out issue would have been available after 5pm.

    Hi Andrew - Thank you for your feedback. The issue was caused by an isolation valve being left closed following the powerflush – a simple oversight which was identified once reported. You contacted us at 6:20pm and we responded at 6:25pm via WhatsApp (monitored out of hours). The fault was diagnosed that evening and resolved once the valve was reopened. While inconvenient, there was an active mechanism in place to address the issue after 5pm. Serviceteam

    The external vent pipe to the property needed to be replaced.

    Quick and no nonsense

    An efficient boiler repair

    David from ServiceTeam visages twice. On the first occasion he quickly diagnosed the faults with my combi boiler, ordered parts and booked the follow-up. On. The second visit he arrived bang on time with the required parts, fitted and tested them quickly and then wired in a new thermostat I had bought separately. All very efficient and courteous.
